On July 7, Deeplyun Tech, a subsidiary of E-House, launched its core strategic product 'Real Estate Digital Brain - Enterprise-Specific Large Model All-in-One', along with the CRIC real estate AI analyst 'Xiaorui'. The all-in-one features a three-tier architecture: the bottom layer is an industry large model base trained on massive real estate data, supporting multi-model routing, dynamic compute scheduling, and multimodal understanding; the middle layer enhances enterprise-specific capabilities with knowledge injection, data fusion, and integration with CRM/ERP/OA systems; the top layer is the CoWork AI work platform with multi-agent orchestration, enterprise memory, execution control, and observability and governance. The product covers 16 core real estate business scenarios including land acquisition feasibility, financial modeling, and policy interpretation. Deeplyun also released three scenario AI agents: CRIC AI Analyst 'Xiaorui', covering data collection and multi-dimensional analysis; Yiweihui AI for property management and community governance; and CoWork & Geek Hive for one-stop AI creation and distribution. The company plans to expand into new areas like health and long-term rentals, building over 5,000 apartment and 18,000 elderly care sample databases. With the FDE team providing continuous advisory services, firms like Huafa, Zhongjian Jiuhe, and China World Trade have already signed on.
