GitHub Copilot vs OpenRouter

Written in Rust and supporting 15+ model providers, it offers dev teams needing local deployment and no vendor lock-in an embeddable open-source option.

The library follows the agentskills.io standard, where each skill takes only ~30 tokens to scan and 500-2000 tokens to fully load, so developers running Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex CLI can plug security analysis workflows into their agents without writing prompts themselves.

For developers using Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI and similar tools, an officially maintained high-quality skill library is more reliable than scattered community resources and plugs directly into engineering scenarios like API integration and test automation.

By sandboxing raw tool output (315 KB down to 5.4 KB) and indexing session events into SQLite FTS5, it lets developers on Claude Code, Gemini CLI and other platforms avoid context loss during long tasks while cutting unnecessary output token consumption.

It uses Tree-sitter for deterministic structural extraction while the LLM only handles semantic enrichment — this split makes the graph structure reproducible and the semantics explainable, a reference-worthy approach for teams building code comprehension and onboarding tools.

X search was fully rebuilt with separate FROM/ABOUT channels and engagement-based ranking, a real recall-quality gain for teams that rely on social signals for research rather than plain post scraping.

A single npx command attaches persistent memory to clients like Claude Code, OpenCode and Codex, plus 4 MCP search tools for three-tier progressive retrieval—far less hassle than having developers wire up their own vector store.

For developers using agents like Claude Code and Codex, it returns symbols, call chains and change impact in a single call, with official benchmarks showing 62% fewer tokens and 44% lower cost on average—at the price of roughly 80% more residual retrieval context per session, a trade-off for long sessions in small windows.

It hardens review, QA, release, and security audit into reusable slash commands: Tan used it to ship 3 production services and 40+ features in 60 days, saving developers the cost of writing custom prompts, but the /cso security audit depends on Bun build flags and a local compilation toolchain, and reports only "not assessed" when the environment falls short.

Developers using Agent tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI can now install this skill to batch-rewrite AI-generated text, but note it targets human readers rather than bypassing AI detectors.

For developers using coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex, its local proxy mode compresses repetitive JSON and logs by 42%-57% with no code changes and under 1.4ms latency, but you still need to verify that key information survives compression.

For developers using coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI, this proxy compresses agent output and inputs without touching code or prompts, and external testing by Adobe and JetBrains shows 1.4x to 2.4x cost reductions with no measurable quality loss.

An MCP server, REST API, and four-language SDKs let developers plug this real-time intelligence pipeline straight into existing agent workflows, while local Ollama mode removes API key costs.

The pack hardens engineering workflows into reusable commands and auto-activating skills, letting developers on Claude Code and similar agents enforce specs and test-driven development via /spec, /plan, and more, with support for 70+ agents lowering the cost of unified team workflows.
