PM Skills Marketplace: 69 product management skills for Claude Code and Codex

The project includes 69 skills and 42 chained workflows across 9 plugins, covering product discovery, strategy, execution, market research, data analysis, marketing growth, go-to-market, and AI delivery. Skills load automatically when relevant to the conversation, while commands trigger manually via slash, e.g. /discover chains four skills: brainstorming, hypothesis identification, hypothesis prioritization, and experiment design. Installation differs by tool: Claude Cowork adds the marketplace through its UI and auto-installs all 9 plugins; Claude Code uses claude plugin marketplace add followed by individual installs; Codex CLI can read the same marketplace file to natively install skills. For PMs on Claude Code, installing enables slash commands like /strategy and /write-prd for structured framework guidance inside the CLI. For teams on Codex CLI, skills install and can be invoked by name, but slash commands won't run as Codex commands—workflows must be described in natural language, or Codex can convert common command files into equivalent skills. For Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Cursor, and Kiro, you can only copy the skills directory into the corresponding skills folder—using skills but not commands.
